Nestled in between BX farmland and Easthill, we are a small scale local Vernon business with a passion for bees and their important role in our ecosystem. Our products are sustainable and ethically made from start to finish.
The bees on our 1 acre property collect pollen from within a 5 km radius that covers orchards, wild flowers and cultivated gardens. The marriage of country and urban nectar creates a honey 100% pure and unique to Vernon.

Steward to the Bees!
That's Right! It's just me! My passion for bees has expanded exponentially over the last few years. I was always the person who had to look at all the plants to see if they were blooming and if any creatures were enjoying those blooms. I would pour water on the ground for a bee that looked like it was struggling and stop dead for as long as it took, for it to move on, if one landed on me. I still do all those things, but now I have the distinct pleasure of observing the bees in all that they do, be it laying brood, collecting pollen, protecting the hive. It brings me so much JOY!
